Week 4 Monday 1st February

A breezy hello

Parents, I should have added that even though this is Mental Health Week and the focus is for children, you should be kind to yourselves too. You should all try to have a little 'me' time. Have a coffee/chat over the phone with a friend, go for a walk, relax and listen to some music. 10/15minutes everyday will make you feel good.

I took this video to show you some of the birds in my garden on Saturday morning. I really enjoyed taking time to recognise and count them. See if you can recognise any in my video.

Big Garden Bird Watch Photos

A special visitor to my garden. This red squirrel (we call him Sammy) comes to eat the bird's nuts. He appears between 9.30 and 10am. He hangs upside down as you can see.
